When may I request reimbursement again?
This adds the usual replacement interval only; it does not confirm insurance or medical eligibility. An electronic prescription and EOPYY approval are required. Confirm special cases and presbyopia conditions with EOPYY.
How the date is estimated
The national administrative registry lists glasses every four years and contact lenses every two years. Safety glasses for children up to age 12 are listed every two years.
Amounts are reimbursement caps and an electronic medical prescription is required.
Choose a benefit type and enter the last reimbursement date. The tool adds the corresponding interval.
The date is not an eligibility decision. EOPYY reviews the prescription and benefit conditions.
