Main rules

Main rules

The active AADE and e-EFKA plans cover eligible debt through 31 December 2023, up to 72 instalments, with a €30 minimum payment and applications through 31 December 2026. Additional eligibility conditions apply.

Approximation using a 5.84% annual rate. AADE or KEAO calculates the official payment, interest and surcharges. An expansion to 120 instalments has been announced but is not applied here without an enacted law.

How the estimate works

The temporary plan accepts eligible overdue debt through 31 December 2023, with applications due by 31 December 2026.

A 120-instalment expansion was announced in October 2026, but it is not included unless and until legislation and application details take effect.

The calculator applies a 5.84% annual interest assumption over the selected term, subject to a maximum of 72 payments and a €30 minimum monthly amount.

The official AADE or KEAO system determines eligible debt, surcharges, interest and the binding instalment amount. Confirm eligibility before applying.
