How the dates are calculated
The Ministry’s online renewal portal opens two months before expiry. The 30-day deadline and €100 late fine apply to the ADET route described for international-protection beneficiaries.
The portal opening date is two calendar months before the expiry date. For ADET permits, the latest on-time filing date is 30 calendar days before expiry.
The fine is shown as a possible consequence of an unjustified late ADET application. This deadline and amount are not generalised to other permit types.
