How it is calculated
Skroutz charges commission on the final VAT-inclusive price, a shop subscription, and — if you use FBS — a per-order charge based on weight and line value.
Service prices exclude 24% VAT. A business with deduction rights offsets the VAT on the fees; the tool shows the net cost and the cash amount separately.
Commission is calculated on the VAT-inclusive price. Net product value is the price with VAT removed.
The annual subscription is spread over the month's orders. Starter costs €0.90 per order; Growth €400 a year excluding VAT.
FBS is added only to orders Skroutz fulfils, together with €0.12 packaging. All fees reduce the net product value.

Frequent questions
Which commission applies to my product?
It depends on the product's pricing group and is shown in the merchant panel. The rates here are indicative by category.
Is the VAT on commission a cost?
Not for a business with deduction rights; it is offset. The tool shows it separately from the net cost.
What is FBS?
Fulfilled by Skroutz: Skroutz stores, packs and ships. It is charged per line by weight and value, up to €6 per order.
