What to send

What not to send
Please do not send tax numbers, tax assessments, identity documents, medical or family records. We do not need them to correct a rule and we do not want to store them.
How messages are handled
- We check the source before changing a rule. If the correction is confirmed, the rule and its check date are updated.
- When an issue affects many people we record it as a conflict or a note on the page, so everyone sees it.
- We do not give individual tax or legal advice. For your own case, speak to an accountant or the competent authority.

We do not promise a specific response time. Corrections to rules are prioritised and appear on the page as soon as they are confirmed, independently of the email thread.
Can I request a calculator?
Yes. Describe the question and the source for the figures. Tools that answer common searches go into the build queue.
