ENFIA (single property tax)

The annual property tax paid by owners of real estate in Greece. It is calculated from the property's objective value and its characteristics.

ENFIA is the annual tax on each property you own in Greece, whether you live in it or rent it out.

The tax base is the property's objective value, the figure set by the state. It is not necessarily the price the property would fetch on the market.

The amount depends on the property's size, characteristics and use, and on any discount or surcharge that applies to your case. AADE issues the assessment every year, so check the figure against your own property's details.
