IKE (private capital company)
A company form in which members' liability is limited. It can have one or more members and is often compared with a sole trader business.
An IKE is a company with limited liability, so members' personal assets are generally protected beyond the company's capital.
It usually costs more to set up and run than a sole trader business, and it has different tax and filing obligations. Compare both before choosing.
