Retail receipt
In short
The receipt you get when you buy something from a shop or trader as a consumer.
Keep the receipt. It is your proof of purchase, for returns or warranty claims.
In many shops the sale is recorded electronically with AADE, so that it is taxed correctly.
If you are given a receipt with mistakes or missing details, ask for it to be corrected at once.
