Each violation adds points that are deleted three years after it is recorded. See the total, each expiry date and how far you are from the limits.
A warning at 15 points, licence removal at 25 (Law 5209/2025, art. 110).
Each recorded violation keeps its points for three years. After that they drop off automatically, unless the total has already reached 25.
The points of each notice are printed on it, so the tool takes them as input instead of guessing from a table.
The total shows only records that have not expired, which is why an expiry changes the picture without a new violation.
A 3-point violation on 12 May 2026 and 5 points on 3 Sept 2026: total 8, not far from the 15-point warning. The first record expires on 12 May 2029 and the second on 3 Sept 2029.

The licence is withdrawn and a recovery procedure follows. Points do not expire while that is pending.
