Calculate EPAS gross pay from a confirmed daily wage, then add documented contributions and subsidy.
EPAS uses 80% of the confirmed statutory daily wage. Round daily gross to cents, then multiply paid days. Unknown contributions or subsidy leave a gross-only result. Confirm actual payroll and subsidy eligibility with the school/employer.
Illustrative input, not a current wage claim: a €41.09 base gives €32.87 daily gross and €657.40 for 20 paid days. Enter the base that actually applies to your date.
Programme, period, contributions and subsidy matter. Older pages contain different percentages or dated examples. This calculator does not reuse EPAS rules for EPAL, SAEK or university internships.
