The MFA consent template is the starting point. Carriers and consulates can ask for more.
Travelling with both parents needs no consent. With one parent, the other parent's declaration is needed; with a third adult or alone, both parents' consent is.
Outside Greece the consent is usually notarised. Outside the an apostille is added, and some destinations also want consular legalisation.
The tool returns the document list and the warnings. It does not promise that an airline or a consulate will accept them as they stand.
A 9-year-old flying to Spain with their mother: the father's consent (notarised or through gov.gr) and the child's ID card or passport. Flying with an aunt instead of the father: consent from both parents.
The other parent's consent, the child's ID card or passport, and as a rule a notarised document or one issued through gov.gr. Keep the travel details with it.
For destinations outside the usually yes, and some countries want consular legalisation on top. Confirm with the destination country's consulate.
