The estimate caps paid months by the leave you plan to take. The employer must submit Form E.14 in ERGANI. 's current guidance allows the benefit when leave is granted and E.14 is posted, including where the employer agrees to leave before one year of service.
The current gross monthly reference is the statutory minimum wage. Pro-rata holiday gifts and leave allowance may also apply, but are not included in the total shown.
guidance provides two additional paid months once for a multiple birth, in addition to the per-child entitlement.
