Everyday
See whether quiet hours apply at this moment, the two daily windows for summer and winter, and when the schedule next changes.
Quiet hours come from Police Decree 3/1996 (Government Gazette B΄ 15, 12 January 1996) and apply nationwide. Municipalities, coastal zones and building rules can be stricter, never looser.
The page shows the situation from your device's clock and the schedule that applies today.
Summer, 1 April to 30 September: 15:00–17:30 and 23:00–07:00.
Winter, 1 October to 31 March: 15:30–17:30 and 22:00–07:30. The afternoon window starts at 15:30, not 16:30; that mistake is repeated in secondary sources.
Music and amplified sound at venues must stop by 23:00 in summer and 22:00 in winter.
Sunday has no separate rule in the decree: the same two windows apply every day.
Loud music, television, power tools, shouting and noise audible in neighbouring flats. The decree speaks of noise that disturbs neighbours and sets no decibel limit.
Call 100 while it is happening so the incident is recorded, then file a complaint at the local police station. The offence is prosecuted as a misdemeanour, which is why this page quotes no : the decree sets no amount.
The decree is national. Municipalities with their own regulations, tourist and coastal areas may add or tighten restrictions, and a building's rules may set longer quiet periods.
At 07:00 in summer and 07:30 in winter. Until then the window that began the previous evening still applies, including after midnight.

A municipality or a building's rules may set stricter hours. Check the building regulations too.
