In short
A document that shows how energy efficient a home is, rated from A+ to H.
It must exist for every home that is sold or rented. An engineer who inspects the home issues it.
A good rating means lower electricity and heating bills.
If your home has a poor rating, there are subsidy programmes for insulation and new heating systems.
