For common works with a that started after 1 March 2012.
Repairs, demolition, boundary walls, changes of use with building work and vertical extensions have one final inspection.
New buildings and horizontal extensions up to 2,000 m² have initial and final inspections. Above 2,000 m² an intermediate inspection is added. Prefabricated buildings have two inspections regardless of area.
A new building of 2,000 m² is category B, with initial and final inspections.
The supervising engineer submits the request at least ten days before the expected completion of the stage.
The fee is not calculated here. Ask your engineer for the current amount.
