The state doubles what parents deposit, up to €1,200 a year. See what the account reaches at 18 with the deposit you have in mind.
The account opens from January 2027 and stays locked until the child turns 18.
The state match is 100% of the parents' deposit, capped at €1,200 a year, so €100 a month. The cap rises 10% every five years.
Total contributions reach €10,000 a year. Deposits from grandparents or godparents count toward the cap but are not matched.
The balance at 18 depends on the return. The tool shows 3%, 5% and 7% and names the assumption instead of hiding it.
