Obligations are filtered by property type and by what the property actually has: a pool, a kitchen, music, tables on public space or on the beach.
Room count and stars do not change the list; they change the documents and specifications inside each obligation. The engineer sets the fire-risk category.

The notification replaced the establishment and operating licence for most activities. You declare the activity, the space and the responsible person.
Fire-safety certificate
Fire Service through e-Άδειες · Before opening, renewed every 5 years
A €20 fee plus €15 for the certificate book. The engineer, not this tool, sets the risk category and the documents.
Star classificationlocal check
Hellenic Chamber of Hotels · Before opening and after a change of category
Classification follows Ministerial Decision 216/2015. The category sets minimum specifications for rooms, shared areas and services.
