Work and pay
Pick the age and whether they are a pupil; the limits change.
Work under 18 has special rules on hours, night work, rest and the work book. They come from Law 3144/2003 and the Labour Inspectorate pages.
At 15 and for pupils the maximum is 6 hours a day and 30 a week; over 16 it is 8 and 40. Overtime and night work from 22:00 to 06:00 are not allowed, rest is 12 hours and the break comes after 4.5 hours.
The minor's work book is requested by the parent with a medical certificate and covers any job. Whether it is now issued digitally was not confirmed.
A 16-year-old pupil: 6 hours a day, 30 a week, no night work.
Weekly rest is two days including Sunday; exceptions are judged by the contract and the law.
Yes for the work book; confirm the form with the service.

The limits come from law 3144/2003 as stated by the Labour Inspectorate; the statute was not read in this round. The under-18 minimum wage and the banned-jobs list need the primary text. Labour-law review is pending.
