Illegal building work

A building or work done without permission, or different from the permit given.
An illegal building can be an extra room, a veranda or a change that does not appear in the approved plans.
There is a deadline to fix it. After the deadline you may face fines, and the property may be harder to sell.
The fix is done with an engineer, who checks the building and calculates the cost.
