Compare the invoice price with today's central-market wholesale price.
Supplier prices do not always follow the central market bulletin. A 30% gap per kilo shows up at the end of the month.
Pick a product from today's OKAA bulletin, enter the invoice price and the quantity. You see the gap per kilo, in total and as a percentage.
The day's dominant wholesale price is the base. The gap per kilo is the invoice price minus the base, and the percentage is that gap over the base.
The 15% tolerance band is the tool's own flag, not a law. The wholesale price excludes transport, waste and supplier margin, so a small gap is normal.
The OKAA bulletin covers the Athens central market (Rentis). In another city the base differs because of transport.
Names are written as OKAA publishes them, in Greek. Try a synonym or a broader name.
No. It is a prompt for a conversation with the supplier. The final price depends on quality, volume, credit terms and delivery.

The comparison uses the Athens central market (Rentis) and the day's dominant price. If the invoice is for another unit (piece, bunch, pair), convert it to a price per kilo before comparing.
