Work out when each record leaves the file, from its type and the date it was settled, and why the file can stay blocked.
The retention periods are not statute: they are the data controller's published policy (October 2024). Deletion requires every record in the file to be settled, not only the one you are looking at.
Bounced cheques, unpaid bills, and terminated card or loan contracts: 2 years.
Payment orders: 3 years. Auctions, seizures and Ministry of Finance administrative sanctions: 4 years.
Bankruptcies: 10 years. Debt restructurings: 5 to 10 years, capped at 15.
The period runs from the date the obligation closed or the decision was issued, not from the first missed payment. Until it ends the record stays, even after it is paid.
Payment stops the clock, it does not reset it. The record clears when its own period ends, and the file clears once the longest period across all records has run.
That nothing is outstanding with any bank or body that registered data. One open item holds the whole file, which is why the page shows the file status separately.

No. The financing information system holds different data under different periods. This page only calculates default-file records and gives no amounts or scores.
